About Us
I am 38 yrs. old turning 39 this September. I'm from the Philippines and I love to travel given a chance and resources. It's my dream to tour around European countries, especially Spain and Italy. I have been working for around 17 yrs now (that speaks of my age, by the way) and have been into different positions within BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) as customer service, technical support and quality specialist, KPO (Knowledge Process Outsourcing as implementation consultant/project manager, PMO (Project Management Office) as project manager/coordinator lastly with RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) industry for nearly 5 years as offshore account coordinator/team manager for a Chicago-based recruitment firm where I handled US and Manila recruiters. I worked for Sutherland Global services, ADP Philippines, ISG to name a few of my previous employers. I am so thankful for this work-from-home opportunity since the pandemic cases are dramatically devastating our country and the world. This way, I am able to provide for my family, do my job and help others at the comfort and safety of our home. So allow me to say, big thank you! The Support Heroes for counting me in without a doubt.
